Your order: all the styles on the site are sample. You could choose the colors by sending us your request via email. Please Click Email Icon In Detail Product Page. All order are subject to acceptance and availability. Price shown on the site is in Rupiah and is inclusive of all taxes.Once you have made your choice & your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
Payment: Payment only can be made by cash or bank transfer. If your order more than Rp 5,000,000, we will request down payment 50% before we process your order, the invoice will be send via email as a proof. All the payment and balance payment must be paid before shipment.
Delivery: if you have your own courier, cargo, we will use your account number to bill the shipping cost. If you donâ€™t have, we will charge you the shipping cost as cargo / courier information. Please make payment before we ship the goods. We will track your shipment for you. You should note that only timescales given for delivery are estimates only and time of delivery isnâ€™t of the essence of any contract between us. . Please be aware for international customs duties and sales taxes for shipment, we arenâ€™t responsible.
Return and replacement: We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing tags & original packing. We shall have the right to charge any cost of recovery & shipping of the goods if you return after 7 days. You have the right to return the goods which must be exercised within 7 working days from the day after you receive. We can only exchange an item for the same item. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received & under our quality control check.
Customer design: send the design to us, size, and description in detail. We make sample first in fake leather, after you agree with everything then it will continue into production. There will be sample fee if you change the design after the first sample done. Depend on the difficulty of the goods. There isnâ€™t minimum order. We calculate the wholesale price. As our policy, we wonâ€™t give your design to the other customers. This is one of our promises.
